2. Select “Get Widgets”
3. Choose Recommendation type Text / Thumbnail
4. Choose feedback type
5. Select Blogger Platform
6. Check box agree to the Outbrain Terms of Service 
7. Then Select Install to install widget in your blog
8. You can get access to advanced settings of Your widget By Free Sign-up in Outbrain site

Outbrain removed the Support for Rating System.
